I have had my insurance using Ben Parsons as my agent for about 2 years now, and so far I haven’t had very much contact from him. The only time I was ever in communication from him was when I was purchasing my insurance, as well as when I had to get my insurance renewed. When it was time to renew my insurance for another year, I was contacted by Ben Parson’s assistant rather than Ben himself. I didn’t know who the woman who contacted me was, so I emailed Ben to make sure that the woman was really from State Farm and rightfully charging me over $100. Ben Parsons’s got back to me pretty quickly and confirmed that she was his assistant. I am glad I got a response quicker, but I did realize that Ben himself didn’t provide the customer service to me; his assistant did. He was always polite though.
