I don’t have much experience with this agent. He’s (or his office manager) is there when I need them, but also pretty silent when I don’t. I feel that other agents I’ve had previously were lots more involved, whether it was emailing personally, mailing personally, or sending some form of communications regularly. Every once in a while, we will receive a generic piece of mail from his office, but there’s no real, personal touch involved. I miss that.
For example, last month we received a mass mailing announcing that his office had moved locations in town. They could have done SO MUCH more with this move! They could’ve pre-announced the move. They could’ve made it fun! They could’ve had a grand re-opening with food and prizes or goodies. But nothing was done. I feel like this agent is on auto-pilot for his office, perhaps even just riding it out until retirement, if you will.
