1. Our agent made a seamless and easy transition when we sold our previous home and bought a new one. He even helped us walk through various scenarios to determine whether or not to file a claim when we accidentally flooded our upstairs laundry room the day we moved in. We ultimately did not file a claim.

   I had a car accident in 2015 and our agent did a fantastic job making the insurance process as smooth and seamless as possible. They arranged for a rental car to be delivered directly to my home and I never had to deal with the rental car company. They were incredibly helpful through the legal and medical parts of working through my claims. They always return calls in a very reasonable amount of time and are very attentive.

2. We sold our condo and bought a house back in 2015 and they took care of everything with just one phone call. I didn’t have to babysit” them. I had to file an auto claim back in 2015 and they were incredible, from start to finish. I had to file with my insurance company because the other driver had questionable coverage at the time of the accident. I called my agent’s office and they got a rental car delivered to my house the next day. They handled the towing of my car to the autobody shop and I had payment for my losses in very short time. My agent’s office called me multiple times to check on me and make sure I was ok. In the end, my car was totaled and they paid me a fair value for it.
