My experience with this agent has been pretty good. I am always able to get in touch, and when he is not available to speak to I always get the help I need from his assistant / secretary Melissa Arnold. They are always quick to answer my questions, and when my husband and I got married, and turned 26, they let us know about the new discounts we’d be eligible for and made sure to remind us to let them know when we were married so they could update our info. The one problem I do have is that last summer my husband totaled one of our cars and when we got a new one, the insurance was one price that we discussed. Recently I looked at a statement and saw that it was now $20 more and we had never been notified of the change or the reason for it, so I was annoyed by that.
