1. This agent is very caring and works with my family as an individual. She has been the insurance agent of my parents for a very long time. She let’s us know whenever we need to turn in something to her for record keeping purposes. Also, she really hunts hard to figure out discounts where we can take them. Although I only use her for car insurance, my parents make use of her services extensively. She has never failed to provide good service. Her son is also involved in the business making it seem very likely that the service will continue even after she retires. It’s nice working with one individual for everything because she keeps excellent records of everything and takes all the hassle out of this kind of work. Any issues with our insurance are mostly resolved with simple phone calls instead of being long, drawn out affairs.
