He is hard to get a hold of. He does not speak in terms that someone outside of the industry can understand and it is like he tries to confuse people on purpose to get them to spend more money. We are really unhappy overall. Dealing directly with our insurance company is much easier. He is not helpful when it comes to making changes on my policy. I wish there were other options but right now we are locked into a contract which we are not happy about and we really do not have any other options at the moment. In the beginning he was more helpful but I think that he has a lot of other customers so we are not getting the one on one attention we deserve.
