I have had this agent for about ten years now. I have only needed to use her services one about 3 years ago when someone else hit my car. The other person admitted his fault and everything went smoothly. I only had to come in twice to discuss the situation and she handled it very nicely. In all, I am just giving money to this agent. I get reminders to pay in the mail and pay online. They don’t bother me too much buy more coverage or buy more insurance, like renters insurance. Her office does calls about every six months, around the time I need to pay, and suggest I come in and talk with them. However, it is usually one call and I can ignore it and they do not call again. All in all, I like this kind of relationship and will continue to use her as my agent.
