1. I love my insurance agent. She is kind and helpful and explains everything in detail and helps me any way she can without hesitation.. She gets me the best deal for my money. She is always available to answer any questions I may have or help me when I need to file a claim. She is even available on weekends to answer any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent to help them with buying insurance. I have both car and homeowners insurance through State Farm. I had to file a claim for my car insurance here recently and she was there to help walk me through it every step of the way. I would not want to switch to another company. I”

2. Last year, around mid October I got into a wreck. I did not have any auto insurance as I had just purchased a used Liberty Jeep. Unfortunately, my truck was totaled. I did make it out safely so that is wonderful. I phoned my sister about the situation and told me about Merideth at State Farm. I contacted her and she told me about auto coverage I could purchase. Her location is quiet and clean. She gets down to business but is very helpful in answering questions. If I was confused about any of the premiums, what all was to be covered, and even if I needed her to back track and explain anything over, she politely went over the policy. I ended up getting auto insurance and homeowners insurance from her! I recommend everyone and that’s from a person who used to be skeptical of insurance agents!”

3. My insurance agent, Merideth Dickerson, has been great! I would recommend her as an insurance agent before I would any other! The prices are very competitive for the different types of insurance and she is very knowledgable of all the differenct products they offer. She always works with her clients to get the the best rate they have to offer. She works with me if I ever have to be a few days late on my payment and she is very kind, polite, and courteous. She keeps me up to date with any infomation that is new and she even told me about some benefits that I didn’t even know I had. (Like triple A, which came at no additional cost.) If I made an appointment in advance, I have never had to wait upon arrival.
