Overall he has been positive, but I believe he is taking on too may clients. He isn’t as readily available as he used to be when I first signed on with him and it is starting to impact how quickly I can get in contact with him. When I call the phone will often ring for quite a while or he won’t be available to take a call. As far as the service, I am happy with it. He puts in a lot of effort to make things happen and I never feel like he is trying to take advantage of me. The terms for the insurance are acceptable and it would take quite a bit to get me to change anything. Overall, I’m happy with the service provided and I can understand that in a growing market the agents won’t always have as much time as they used to.
