1. My experience with John Throson and his staff goes back 35 years. He was a friend of my dad and I got insurance from him when I first started driving when I was sixteen. I have had my home and auto insured from him since I bought my first house back in 2000. Each time I have had to get assistance, I receive it immediately. There is always someone to talk to on the phone and their response is quick and helpful. We had a total wreck of our car about fifteen years ago and we got a check for more than the blue book value of the car that same week. They paid for my tow truck I had to use to haul my van from a remote location in Canada to Toronto to get fixed. “

2. I have been with John Thorson for over thirty years. First with my car and then my last two homes. I had to file a claim for my wife’s car (a total wreck). We received a check the next day for above the blue book value of the car. We had our van break down several years ago while on vacation in rural Canada. John’s agency paid for our van to be transported over 900 miles to Toronto to have it repaired by serviced technicians. I have had to submit claims for roadside assistance twice and both times received full compensation in a matter of days. John’s staff is so responsive and friend that I never have to worry about getting the first-rate service. Every time I have misplaced my car insurance card, they will send a replacement in the mail that same day. What can I say but John Thorson but he truly must be one the best customer service focused agents around.
