1. This agent and it’s employees are extremely helpful and efficient. They answer questions directly and are quick to respond to voicemail or email messages. I have had very favorable experiences and my costs are generally fair. They have been helpful in suggesting additional or changes to my coverage as well as keeping my rates in line. I wish they were slightly more technologically advanced, however, they are slowly adding more tech available processes. Coverages and ability to make a claim are simple and straightforward. Communicating with the office staff and the national offices of Nationwide have always been very simple and easy. The process of making a claim is easy and the agency has always checked to make sure that I have been helped and I do not have any outstanding needs to be addressed.
