1. Brendon is a great agent. He communicates well and stays in contact with his clients. He is always looking to offer other services but is not pushy. When we had to file a claim on our homeowner’s insurance, he made that process extremely smooth and speedy. He also respects requests on how you would like to be communicated with. I am not a phone conversation person; I prefer email because I like time to review information. I frequently used the email portal through the website to communicate with him and he always responded in kind, unless a phone call was necessary due to the nature of the request and he was always upfront about that. When I sold my house and moved away from the area, I continued to use Brendon because I always appreciated his honesty and communication skills. I then switched to using him for car and rental insurance. I think one of his best assets is he is flexible in working with you. In this day and age, he adapts to what is necessary to do his job well and keep his customers happy. I think he is well aware of the many choices available when selecting insurance and he tries to be respectful and mindful in his relationships. Another perk for me is that I was from out of town; in Goldsboro sometimes outsiders have a hard time settling in and I never felt that way with Brendon or his staff. Highly recommend them.
