I originally learned about her from a postcard I received. She invited me to call and get a quote. I called her and she was very friendly. This was quite a few years ago. I’ve stayed with her and she occasionally recommends a new policy/carrier for me. Over the years I’ve had different carriers. I believe we first started with Nationwide. After a couple of years she suggested that I change to Frankenmuth, which I’ve now had for quite a few years. We’re currently in the process of changing again. She has recommended Citizens and I’m changing to that. She’s always very helpful and I can always reach her. And I really like that. I can call her or email her. If she’s not immediately available she always gets back to me very quickly. At this point I intend to stay with her.
