I started using Mr. Fles as my insurance agent over 10 years ago after he was recommended to me by a friend. He has always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the products he sells. We have two auto policies and homeowner’s insurance through him/AAA. He does a great job of helping you to find the best insurance product for your needs, and is easy to reach when you need assistance with your policy – on the rare occasion he doesn’t answer his phone when I call, he always returns my calls within a couple of hours. On more than one occasion, he’s saved us money by suggesting different levels of coverage that might better suit our needs than our current policy. We’ve only needed to submit a claim on our homeowner’s insurance once, but when we did he was courteous and professional – an experience that was far different than we’d had with our previous agent (through Progressive). Overall, I’m extremely happy with Mr. Fles and AAA and plan to continue to use them for many years.
