He contacts us with little to no notice when he needs information. Doesn’t follow up on things. We do have coverage, so we’ve kept him so far, but not because he’s done much for us other than find us acceptable plans. He offers no information when we have questions, and will at times take days and multiple messages to get him to return a phone call. When he needs information however, he will call several times in one day, even after having been told that the information will be gathered when the person in question is available. Runs everything to the deadline, and then expects us to make a decision, or complete all necessary paperwork in less than sufficient time. Luckily we can go straight to the insurance provider at times.
