I have had a great experience with this agency. They were easy to talk to and showed concern when I had problems or questions. They helped me on a claim and made the whole process simple and easy to handle. I was impressed with them over the insurance I had before I switched to them. Overall I think they do a complete job and seemed like real people and not just an agent that is worried about the bottom dollar. I got recommended from a friend and I too would reccomend a friend to join them. They have good hours and called to just check in on a few different occasions to make sure I am getting the best deal I could from them. I also feel they are interested in giving me the best overall deal and not trying to find a way to raise my costs just for the sake of their bottom line. They are also very knowagable about insurance and helped me understand things much better than my previous agency.
