When my old insurance agent retired I was sent to another State Farm agent. It was hard to get ahold of her and the office staff was rude. I switched to Lisa Sain’s office on advice from my sister and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa’s office staff is very responsive to my needs. When I had a car accident I had a claim number and a location to take the car to be repaired before the police officer was finished processing the accident report! When I had a pipe break in my home at 1am and called the claim line to report it, I had clean up people there within an hour or two and Lisa personally called me by 2am to make sure everything was taken care of and ask if I needed anything else! You don’t really want to use your insurance but when you do It’s important that you have someone there to take care of your needs. I am completely comfortable that if something else were to arise Lisa and her staff will take care of me as best they can!”
