1. I have not been able to actually speak to this agent. I was handed to this agent when my previous agent retired. I don’t feel that she is involved in the actual business and has her employees do the majority of the work. I have repeatedly tried to make contact with Claudia to no avail. You have to be proactive with this particular office to make sure that your needs are met. If this were a review on the staff members, the review would be different. It is hard to review Claudia when I haven’t been able to speak to her to know how good of an agent she is at being an agent. At this point, I wouldn’t say I have a positive viewpoint but not necessarily a negative viewpoint.

2. My old agent retired and so I was assigned this agent to use but I will be changing agents. I have made several phone calls with some answered and some never returned. I have made appointments with this agent. When I have shown up for the appointments, she has never been there. I don’t even know what this agent looks like. I have been trying to get my information updated for several weeks including my billing information and adding renters insurance. I ended up having to go up to the office and demand someone else call the corporate line to finally get the necessary changes completed. I don’t know if she is just super busy but she should keep appointments. This is not the correct way to handle business at all.
