I purchased auto insurance with collision and personal injury coverage. The price was better than other agents in the area. I live in NJ which is very expensive for auto insurance, but I got pretty much what I expected, a decent plan for a fair price. My auto coverage is $70 a month. I have no points on my license. The office is located in Hammonton, whenever I go there there is one agent available but I’ve never had to wait so I can’t complain about the service. I pay by money order, they copy my license, and I sign the paperwork at the beginning of the year, then pay by check every month by mail. The agent was professional and polite and did his job very well. There was a short delay due to a computer problem but the fault was with the state’s computer network, so it wasn’t his fault at all. All in all thing went smoothly and quickly and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Their office is about 20 minutes away from where I live so it’s fairly convenient. I switched to Sure insurance to save money, my previous insurance agent was charging me $120 a month for the same coverage. The only way I could have a lower cost is by moving to a different state but I don’t have that option. Car insurance in NJ is highway robbery but I have no choice, you have to buy it if you want to drive.
