1. I was recommended to Bob by my lender when I was purchasing my home. I was specifically looking for an independent insurance agent and I have been extremely pleased with Bob’s service. He worked with the lender and me to help get the insurance set up for the purchase of my house. Since then, he has not only worked well with me when I’ve come into the office to update my policies, but he’s also kept an eye out for any policies that might meet my needs better. For instance I was with Northern Mutual Insurance for both my homeowners and auto insurance for a few years. A couple years ago, my auto insurance rate went up significantly (through no changes on my end) and Bob found me a more competitively priced policy with Progressive. I didn’t even need to ask — he just sent me an email and said he had run a quote with Progressive and it was going to be significantly cheaper than Northern Mutual. I appreciate this willingness to look out for the curstomer’s needs and the fact that he went above and beyond for me.
