Ray’s office has been hard to communicate with. There have multiple times where I have emailed the office, only to not receive a reply for weeks, and eventually having to call them. It is hard for me to find time to call during business hours, so I think they should be responding to emails. When I signed up for my policy I encountered a lot of issues getting the correct information put on the policy for my apartment complex. I have not received any sort of contact from Ray’s office since signing up, until just a month ago, when my renewal was about to take place. I have not had to do anything in regards to my policy, but I think the occasional check-in or email would be nice because it shows that the agent cares. Overall, I feel that Ray’s office is impersonal and not adequate in communicating with its clients.
