   I've spoken to my agent many times regarding car, home, renters, and life insurance, but I have only filed one car insurance claim.

   I was referred to this agent by my father in law after I broke ties with my family and their insurance agent. I’ve known his oldest daughter as well as she was in my grade throughout high school. I found that the quotes I received were better than most and with the family and community connection, making the change was obvious. I first became a customer in 2008 when I rented an apartment with my wife with whom I also took over car insurance for. We received a discount for that and another for having more than one vehicle. As we outgrew the apartment we returned to Mike to obtain homeowners insurance. Through the experiences I have had getting new vehicles and obtaining new quotes I am steadfast in the commitment to my agent. When I hit a deer 2 years ago, the process was quick and handled flawlessly. Finally, the last leg of the journey involved troubling times financially and I was convinced to look elsewhere to obtain cheaper rates and found that there was no way to do that with the current discounts I was getting.
