Jayson and his staff really care about their customers. Whenever I’ve had a question, no matter how silly, the entire staff has gone out of their way to find the answer. Another way they take customer service to the heights is they call and send cards for each person’s birthday in my family.
A few years ago a lady backed into my vehicle in a parking lot. The way she was acting seemed shady so I quickly called the office and explained what had happened. I was advised on exactly what pictures, actions, and information needed to be completed to best protect myself. The next day the person and her insurance company were calling me making threats and demands. I called Jayson’s office, passed along the pictures, and did not have to hear from the driver or her insurance again. My cost of insurance didn’t go up either since Jayson had me collect overwhelming proof there was absolutely no way I was at fault in the accident.
