Service has been really good. Only spoke on the phone the first couple times to set up the policy. All other contact and information exchange has been through email. They gave detailed information on the coverage my policy offered and even gave suggestions for my level of coverage based on my employment and financial status. They also very quickly fixed issues I was having logging into their online portal. I have had renters insurance with them for 2.5 years now on the same condo and set up my plan to pay annually which works out great for me. At this point things are stable enough that we will likely not have contact except for in the event of an emergency or when I move and that’s great for me as a busy student.
