Ricky has invited me in for an annual review of my policies each year I have been insured at his agency. His office even called my son to wish him a Happy Birthday. His staff is very knowledgeable and responsive. He’s a detail oriented guy and a straight shooter. I never knew what my coverages were before I met Ricky. Now I know what they are and why I carry them. The first time I sat down with Ricky, he was able to figure out a way to get me more coverage for less money! I have been with this agent since the since he took over the office that my original insurance agent occupied when they retired. I have been very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received from this office. I can tell a difference between the customer service I recieved with my original agent and the current level of service of this agent. I have previously had wonderful service from this office, but that is a thing of the past. Maybe the office is understaffed and the employees are being stretched too thin, but it is almost impossible to get a call back from this office. Even when I did receive a return phone call, the individual calling was not the agent himself, but an office member and they were very unwilling to help me resolve the issues that I have had. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and am actively looking to change my insurance carrier over this matter.
