I am a long time Huntsville resident. When I was younger and needed to buy auto insurance on my first car, I visited an Allstate agent who impressed me by being knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my insurance from them and have been with Allstate ever since that time. Over the years, the ‘office’ has changed hands and I have chosen to stay with who ever took over each time. Michael and his team are the latest ‘owners’ of that office and my policy handlers.
I have changed cars a few times, and have found that they are very helpful with helping me transfer my policies and with emailing me the paperwork that I need for proof of insurance to get my tags. They are good about staying in touch via email, and answer any questions that I have. They help me with any problems I have had too; be they large or small.
I am completely satisfied with this crew.
