Mr. Zelenka was more interested in selling me more insurance coverage than providing me with the coverage I needed. I didn’t feel he was completely honest with me about my terms of payment. I specifically asked for a payment plan that did not require automatic deductions from my bank account. Even though the monthly premium would be a little more, I wanted to avoid automatic payments because I did not have regular deposits going into that account. He set it up so that my payments come directly out of my account monthly but I’m being charged the slightly higher premium of someone who does not have automatic payments. I felt he was rather condescending when he spoke with me over the telephone. He seemed frustrated that he could not get me to increase my insurance coverage although I have a much older car, have no prior accidents, and do not own any personal property. I knew what I wanted but I felt pressured to commit to a policy that I did not need and could not afford.
