1. I had to switch my insurance policies from out of state and the staff was very helpful in making sure all my needs were met. For instance, it was determined that we might need less coverage in some areas (because one of our cars is older, we don’t need collision because it would likely be totaled out) and more in other areas, like earthquake insurance. They explained that typical renters insurance does not cover damage by an earthquake. They explained everything very clearly and seemed very knowledgeable. I did have difficulty when I had to file a claim a little while ago but that was mostly because I was dealing with state farm corporate call and claim centers and not the office itself. My agent’s office did a good job of explaining the claims process so I knew what to expect”
