I completed a application on their website. The agent called me back a half an hour later and I had to tell him all the information I had already put on the application. I told him I was at work and would be in 3 hours later. He said it was fine and all of my info would be saved. I would just have to go in and pay and sign the papers. I get to the agency and he wasn’t there. Another agent tried to find my quote and after 30 minutes found it under the wrong first name. Unfortunately they didn’t verify my first name and printed all the paperwork. I noticed it was the wrong first name when I went to sign. So we had to start all over again. The agent was new and couldn’t figure out how to change my first name in the computer after trying various times. She ended up calling my agent to come back in and fix it. The whole process took way too long. Other than that I haven’t had any problems. They are very friendly and I always enjoy going in to pay my bill.
