I found the agent through a friend at work who just purchased a home. They had very positive reviews of the agent, so I figured I would give them a try. Overall I’ve had a pretty positive experience with the insurance agent. I did shop around ten insurance companies prior to purchasing my home, and this one had the best coverage for the price. One feedback I do have for the insurance company, however, is their constant pressuring for cross selling auto insurance (progressive is hundreds less). I do understand they are a for profit, and are probably pressured to meet certain numbers, but how many times do I have to say no? I’m sure this would be the same no matter what insurance company I worked for. I may shop around in the next few years, but i’m pretty confident they’ll be one of the best prices still.
