1. This agent has been with our family for many years. My parents recommended him to me and I couldn’t be happier. I get really good rates and can get ahold of someone at the office without any real problem. I also recently just had a claim that was addressed in a timely fashion without any issues or affects on my premiums. They do exactly what I would expect an insurer to do. Provide me with the information that I need to protect my assets, offer fair premiums, and then be there when I need them. There is nothing about this agency or this particular agent that I would not recommend to someone else. I only wish that their website was a little more interactive so that I could more readily retrieve information in that manner.

2. Barry and his entire agency have been working with my family for years. Once I needed home and auto insurance, there was no question where I would go. Their rates are competitive and the customer service is great. In fact, I am able to communicate with agents by email, which is really helpful. I don’t always have the time or opportunity to make a phone call. I was able to compare plans, verify information, ask questions, complete my plans, and then make changes, all without needing to make a call.

   When I was shopping for insurance, they told me when I had gotten a quote from someone else that I couldn’t beat. I appreciated the honesty. Because of the honesty, the difference wasn’t enough to make me want to change agents.
