When I first signed up with Farmers I was happy with their rates. Within just one year, rates went up 15% and then again the very next year. I called to express my concerns and felt like I was not really cared about as an individual. It took me several days to finally negotiate and get the rate down but I still ended up paying $400 more for the same policy just two years from the original policy. I also have added security and dealt with threats to the home but it has not made a difference in the cost. Overall I do not feel that the agent really is invested in the customers and cares more about the bottom line. This is not how any business should be ran.
