   Great customer service and the premiums are affordable! The agency offers many different coverage options and will explain what each coverage option means in detail. You can get a better understanding of what you are paying for which helps make the decision easier!

   When we joined with American Family using this agent, she was very helpful and provided us with many different options to get us the exact coverage we needed. She has been very helpful along the way when we needed to change something with our policy. As a whole, though, this company seems more expensive than others and lacks in the modern technology department. Online bill pay and policy review is very difficult. It is also almost impossible to make any changes to policies without going in to the local agency. A lot of work this agent does is still left to pen and paper and employees. I made a payment once and it was credited to the wrong person’s account! I just prefer to have a little more control over my bills and policies. I also feel it is very difficult to get questions answered without making a personal visit. The policies are very hard to understand and lack clarity as with some other companies.
