I couldn’t ask for a better agent as Tammie Bordelon is a wonderful. My business with her started when I purchased my first home. It being my first home, I did not know a lot about what insurances were available, the differences between them, and what would work best for me. Tammie took the time to explain everything, shop around for the best possible policy, then explain everything in detail and in a way that I understood. I ended up with great homeowner’s insurance and a better and less expensive car insurance policy. She did all of this without me ever having to go in to the location as I am very busy and actually going in would be a strain. Any time I email her, she responds within a few hours, max! In fact, I emailed her with questions about different life insurance policies and got a reply within the half hour with very useful information. That exchange ended with us changing around my car and homeowner’s policies for newly available, better policies! A huge benefit is that whenever there is a problem, or a policy that is about to renew, she emails me to let me know and advises me if there is something better out there that we can discuss – one less thing that I have to remember to keep track of. Very knowledgeable and eager to help.
