The entire office is very kind and does a lot of work to make sure myself and other customers are getting the best deal. They are conveniently located and go above and beyond to take care of people. I have even seen them stay open late just so someone can come by later to make a payment or take care of a problem. They are fantastic! I can remember when I once had to file a claim after my first ever wreck. I was devastated! But when I came in, they had all my information and got me taken care of right away. They walked me through the process and explained what was going on, versus just giving me a bunch of papers to sign and leaving me in the dark. They have been a wonderful asset to myself and my family. We really rely on their courteous behavior and dedicated work to have a piece of mind when it comes to knowing we are protected if we were to ever need anything. I have been with this agent for about 7 years, and not once have I ever felt the need to find a different insurance agency. Most of the people in my small town trust T&C, including my own mother. They work with so many different agencies, which I think is great considering that the different agents will pour over all the different sites and get quotes to help a person save, even if it is just a few bucks! T&C is a real blessing for this community.
