Too expensive but acceptable service
I chose this agent because of the location near where I live. I have never actually met the agent himself. The staff in the office do all of the work with clients as far as I can tell. They did a nice job of transferring my account from another part of the state, but there was confusion about automatic billing and their website. They ended up refunding a payment that I made instead of just applying it forward to my next bill, which would have made more sense. I don’t understand why local agents are still needed for a national insurance company. They don’t seem to have a computer system that connects them to other agents, which is a bit ridiculous for transferring clients. Insurance is an antiquated system that needs to be updated.
