My appointment with Mr. Connell was to sign up as a new client for Florida automotive insurance on my Ford pickup. The appointment was for noon, and even though I arrived fifteen minutes early, Phillip was ready and waiting. The paperwork was straightforward. I had filled out some preliminary information via the website’s interface the week prior.
Everything from there was smooth sailing. Mr. Connell provided me with the available options, recommended coverage and what the state of Florida requires for vehicle owners. No pricey up-sales or unnecessary additional coverage was pressed too hard. Beyond that, a few simple steps for copies of my license and paperwork for proof of residency. A simple inspection of the vehicle to connect the statements of condition for the policy with the actual condition. And a few pictures of the truck for records.
The process was very smooth from start to finish, with a no pressure sales approach. My father recommended Allstate, and from now, I will recommend Mr. Connell.
