Overall our experience has been good to excellent with this agent. My wife asked her friends and this agent was most recommended. She explained things to us when we were selecting coverages under new policies. She has been there when we have needed to ask questions or make claims. She always returns telephone calls promptly. She obtained good results for us when we had to make a claim and even suggested we make a claim when we didn’t realize the loss was covered by our insurance. She does not bug us to purchase additional or more coverage, when we don’t need it. We have been with this agent for over 20 years. Overall our experience has been good to excellent with this agent and we would not look for another agent nor expect another agent to provide better service.
