We were referred to him by our apartment management company to purchase their required renters insurance. We didn’t have much of a choice as to who to go with but he has been helpful so far. He reached out to try to get us to switch our auto insurance to their company also but wasn’t able to get us a better deal than our current auto policy. He seems to care about us and tries his best to accommodate us when necessary. Overall, we will cancel this policy with him as it seems we were only referred to him through some kind of agreement with the former management company of my apartment complex and we were sort of tricked into going with this agent. We did not want this insurance to begin with, but it’s required and now that we recognize the situation, we have cheaper options to go with.
