She is wonderful. The agent was a referral from my ex husband and I have been with her for over 10 years. She and her office staff always know my name when I come in or call. They call me on my birthday and give me courtesy calls if any new c overages may pertain to me. She always seems to be there in the office when I call and will spend a lot of time with me when I have questions about my policies. I never feel like any of my questions are stupid and she takes her time to explain line by line what is covered. If I do have issues she always calls me back same day which is nice.
