The wait time at the Leonel Alberto’s office wasn’t long, only 1 customer was there. When I arrived at his office, Leonel acknowledged me by maintaining eye contact with me, gave a quick smile and politely told me that he would be with me in a a short moment after he finished taking caring my this old Hispanic gentleman. He was very friendly and we made small chat about the weather, my interest and family life. I felt that he really cared about me as a person when he asked those questions. He quickly answered any questions that I had about my current policy and explained to me ways that I could save more on my auto insurance . He easily and quickly changed my policy. In general the experience was extremely pleasant and hassle free. I would definite stick with him for the foreseeable future. I also have a favorable impression of State Farm because of him.
I needed someone I could talk to and he is always available to talk about cost and coverage. I have also received quotes for homeowners insurance. He is bright and I feel he is always looking out for my best interest. I also enjoy his personality. He is in a very convenient location and if there is any need to drop of a payment or revise my policy he is always available. He works full time unlike some of the individual agents around town. He is also very good looking and keeps himself up in his personal care. Very well groomed and the office is very clean. I appreciate the one on one attention with no interruptions when we have a meeting. If I was to recommend anyone for an insurance agent. It would be him.
