Rochelle is the worst agent I have come across. She is not reliable, nor pleasant to speak with. Her errors will cost the insurer a lot of money and she will not fix her mistakes and make them right. Her comments are to bully and when she is called out on untrue statements she is very defensive and rude. She stated to me I had had my car for almost 3 years, I stated no I have not Rochelle and she said according to my records you have. I said, Rochelle I haven’t even had it 2 years. And you have been the only insurance coverage I have had for my car. I would not recommend this agent.
I have multiple vehicles insured with her, previously I had renter’s insurance but have since bought a home and now have homeowners. I also have a couple of personal property policies that she spent time going over with me to determine the best policy to cover my valuables. Fortunately I have not had to make many claims but when I do, she will call me to check on me to see how I am doing. I have had to make two auto claims in the past year and both times the claims adjuster came to my place of business to inspect my car so I would not have to take off work to go to them. They processed both claims immediately and seemlessly and assisted me when I had issues with the body shop, the second claim included medical expenses for which I never saw a single bill — State Farm took care of all of it. I would recommend my insurance agent and her friendly staff.
