1. He is very responsive. We text the information we need to and talk when we need to. He called recently to let me know my premium had dropped. My son was in an accident and he told me exactly what to do and who to call to get it taken care of quickly. I was nervous because we switched from Nationwide but the savings was well over $100 per month. He has spent time answering my questions about the insurance products. I asked him about cell phone coverage and he answered very honestly, telling me that I could add it to my homeowners account but that he wouldn’t reccomend it because if we filed a claim our rate might increase. He doesn’t try to oversell us. He doesn’t bother us unless it is important. When we go to add or take a vehicle off of our policy we just text the information to him.
