1. Keith has represented me and multiple members of my family for years. I first went to him from the recommendation of a family member back in 2006. During the time that we have done business together, I have had no claims, and my low premiums truly represent that. When I initially began to do business with Keith, I visited his office on more than occasion and was greeted by a fantastic and enthusiastic staff. I had had some financial troubles beforehand, but was straightening myself out and he and his staff were more than accommodating. I have no reason to shop around. My premiums have stayed low even with multiple changes in vehicle ownership. Proof of insurance has been delivered almost immediately when I have made a vehicle change. I recommend the guy, a good family man that offers reliable service.

2. I picked up my car insurance with Keith back in 2007. I had had some serious financial problems and had let my previous policy lapse. I went to Keith and was just straight up with him. I had had my car insurance carried by his company, State Farm for 10 years prior to doing business with him personally. Over those ten years that I had my business with State Farm prior to Keith I had received 2 tickets for speeding, minor tickets and had one minor fender bender. I didn’t have a perfect driving record but it was a pretty good one. I explained thoroughly the circumstances that had caused me to become delinquent on my previous policy and he took all of this into consideration when issuing my new policy. I was issued the coverage that was needed and allowed to pay month to month with a very reasonable premium. For the first six months or so I actually would pay the premium in cash and in person. Keith and his staff were very welcoming and knew me on a first name basis. Eight years later my driving record is completely clean. I have had no accidents and received no citations. Over the course of time my policy premiums have been lowered and I am in very high standing with the firm. They try to sell other financial tools from time to time and I just politely say no. They are not pushy about it and I know it is all a part of his business. Keith is a very reputable agent and he does his best to help his customers save money. I am very glad that I do business with the guy.
