My husband and I first went to see Ms. Williams when we moved to Nebraska and needed to switch insurance companies. She got us set up with vehicle insurance – she was very professional, but still friendly. In a few months, we had bought a house, so she did a bundled home and auto insurance policy for us.
Then I got pregnant, so we wanted to purchase life insurance. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through the various policies her company offered. We ended up purchasing the life insurance from her as well. We have always dealt directly with her – she’s never too busy to help out. I have compared prices at other agencies a few times over the last four years, but her office is always cheaper than elsewhere. We are very satisfied with Ms. Williams and her exemplary service.
