I came across Sean while I was wading through State Farm as I had just jumped providers as I had moved to a different state. Sean ended up being recommended to me as I didn’t have my own time to research other agents; I knew what I wanted to pay I just didn’t know who I could trust. Well, Sean ended up keeping constant contact with me the whole time while I was transferring my insurance over. He went over new policies, changes I could look for, and would happily recommend plans that were clearly in my interest. Fast forward to when I’ve got everything settled and moved over and Sean still keeps contact with me and displays a legitimate interest in me as his client. Having to not worry about insurance because my agent has my back is incredibly reassuring.
Been with this agent for 5+ years, any time we have a question I know we can call and they will assist. We had to replace the roof on our house a few years back due to a large hail storm and there was no hassle, the claims process was very easy and it was nice that we didn’t have to do too much work while Sean Morton handled it. We also have coverage for 3 cars, including windshield insurance as windshields break quite often here in Colorado due to rocks flying up from the street or highway, and we have been able to replace 6+ windshields in the 5 years with our agent, while never having an issue. All claims go through seamlessly, and overall it is a very smooth process which we appreicate”
