It has been good in the aspect that they have the lowest rates and overall handle claims pretty well, however about every other month I’m sitting here calling about why my bill is so high and turns out they make mistakes in my policy. Month. After month. I work full-time so this is even more frustrating because they’re 800 number can only help me with specific things and their office isn’t open after I’m off work or before I go into work. However I can’t deny that their coverage is pretty good, with regards to the actual insurance and not billing they get five stars from me. They offered me the most coverage at the least cost for BOTH of my vehicles, one of which is financed. I just wish they would allow the agents on the 800 number to be able to assist you more than they are able to. It would make my life so much easier.
