I live in Long Beach and have used Progressive insurance for quite awhile. Initially the convenience of doing everything online worked for me until I got married, and I felt like I wanted to actually speak face to face with a real agent about my options.

I came in and talked to Charles, who made me feel comfortable and even reviewed my current Progressive policy with me to see where I could save money combining my wife and I on a joint policy. In the end there was no pressure to buy but I ended up starting a new policy with State Farm because of his service.
The whole office is friendly and professional. Mr. Jones even came out to say hello while I was there, and I hadn’t even committed to a policy yet. At this point I am very happy I found my agent.
