Tom is someone I’ve dealt with for a very long time and up until about two years ago was very organized and easy to deal with. A few years back we tried to add our daughter to our plan and after leaving two voice mails over three days we were never reached back to. Going to his office to get it done the following day it was closed for a few hours. We called a few more times and Tom got back to us. He added her to the plan and then after a few days we find that he had put her under the wrong plan and we had to have it readjusted however we were already billed under that value.
Tom is a great guy however he seems very overwhelmed and we’re looking into other options.
