Usually people buy insurance online because it is easier and faster, but when I have questions on insurance coverage details it is hard to find reliable answers online. I prefer using an agent because I generally have questions on the insurance, and Hillary was great in answering not only basic coverage details but also scenarios on what would and would not be covered in the event of a hypothetical fender bender. She was able to answer my questions even though I was peppering her with slight deviations in the details, such as who is at fault, etc. She was also able to answer questions for random acts of God events, such as a tree falling on my car and if my coverage would still cover the damage. She was also able to find out potential discounts that I would have never sought to inquire online, such as bundling policies, safe driver discounts for taking refresher drivers ed courses, etc. The cost to underwrite the policy was also the exact same as online, but the time it took may have been longer. Despite this, I prefer using an agent and recommending Hillary”
